Rami Khalil is a commercial and growth leader with over 20 years of experience driving market expansion, business transformation, and economic value creation across Africa and the Middle East. He specializes in building scalable systems, unlocking last-mile access, and structuring partnerships that translate into real economic opportunity. His work includes leading complex, high-impact government projects requiring alignment across diverse stakeholders, as well as contributing to the advancement of digital economies in the region. Today, he focuses on shaping platforms that empower communities, strengthen market access, and drive sustainable economic empowerment at scale.
Najat Rizk is a serial media entrepreneur, board advisor, and an angel invester. She is the founder & CEO of Alazema Media. she has led complex projects, built high-performing teams, and driven successful ventures and funding strategies. Recognized twice by Harvard’s Michael Porter All World Program, she is a member and a juror at the International Emmys. She launched major regional TV networks, advised governments across the Middle East, produced 10,000+ hours of content, and led global partnerships with BBC, Canal + and Discovery. She actively supports SMEs and women in business as a founding member of LWAF (Lebanese Women Angel Fund) and a member of club of directors at ESA Business School.
